Our Policies

Automation only works with access to real business data. That’s a responsibility, so here is exactly how we handle it — in plain language, not forty pages of legal fog.

What data we collect

Only what the automation needs to run: the specific fields, documents and message flows involved in the process we’re building. We start from small samples, never full exports.

How access works

You grant access through your own accounts, with role-based permissions limited to the workflow’s scope. You can see everything we can see — and revoke it at any time.

How data is stored

Credentials are kept in encrypted secret storage, never in plain text, chats or shared documents. Wherever possible, your working data stays inside your own accounts and platforms.

What we never do

Your data is never sold or shared. It is never used to train models, and it is never reused across clients. Each client’s setup is isolated from every other. (We’re too busy automating things to moonlight as data brokers.)

Fine-tuning

Automations are tuned on your real cases, with your approval at every step. Test runs use the smallest realistic data set, and nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed the results.

NDA

Available on request before the first call — we’ll sign yours, or provide ours. For larger clients we also offer a data processing agreement.

When we part ways

Everything we built is handed over to you, our access is revoked, and any working copies of your data are deleted. No lock-in: the automations remain yours and keep running.

Compliance

We follow the principles of privacy regulations such as GDPR where they apply: data minimisation, purpose limitation, and deletion on request. [add jurisdiction-specific details]

On this website

The only thing this site stores on your device is your light-or-dark-mode choice. No tracking cookies, no analytics quietly following you around the internet.

What you send us

The consultation form reaches us with what you typed — name, business, contact details, message — plus basic request details: your IP, country and local time. We use them to time our reply properly, never for tracking.

How we use it

To reply, prepare your consultation and scope your project. Your details are never added to mailing lists, sold, or shared. We automate a lot of things — pestering you isn’t one of them.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — one email is enough: .

Service Terms

Scope & pricing

Every project runs on a written proposal: scope, price and timeline agreed before we build anything. If it’s not in the proposal, we’ll talk before it exists.

Your side of the deal

You provide the access the workflow needs, plus feedback at the approval points. Automations move fast — approvals shouldn’t be the slowest step in the pipeline.

Ownership

Once the project is paid for, the automations we built for you are yours — accounts, workflows and documentation included. No hostage situations.

Third-party platforms

Automations run on established third-party services with their own terms and subscription costs. If a platform changes something, we help you adapt — we just can’t control their weather.

Support & fixes

Defects in what we built are on us, fixed at no charge. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance run per your support agreement.

Parting ways

Either side can end the engagement with written notice [notice period]. Handover, access revocation and data deletion follow the policy above. Governing law: [jurisdiction].

This is the plain-language version of how we work — the proposal you sign is the binding document.
